Register only by visiting the Tropical AgTech website. There, you can complete the online registration and make payment.

All registered attendees for the in-person option are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 5-7 pm. Pick up your conference bange / lanyard and network with speakers, sponsors and fellow attendees. The venue for the welcoming reception is the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel, Moku ‘ola Ballroom.

We prefer all attendees make their purchases as early as possible to ensure enough notice for food and refreshments. Please register for in-person attendance 2-weeks prior if at all possible. We will not accept cash the day of the conference. All registration payments must go through the website.

We will be following the COVID policies set forth by the State of Hawaii, County of Hawaii and the University of Hawaii at Hilo at the time of the conference. Individuals are responsible for following all protocol.

The livestreaming will begin at 8:30 am HST and end at 5:00 pm HST both days. Note that the dates of the event are June 22-23, 2022 HST. The conference recordings will be up as soon as post production is complete. Each individual presentation and panel discussion will be accessible for convenient viewing.

The post conference recordings will be available to registered attendees, both in-person and livestreamed options. The recordings will be available for purchase to those who have not registered for the conference. Check back after the conference for more information.
